Led a Privacy & Security division focused on end-user control of passwords and personal data. Managed ten engineers (four directly, six matrixed) on three disparate efforts (Lockwise iOS and Android apps, Firefox desktop browser password manager, Firefox Monitor web service/site) across two countries and six time zones.

- Partnered with Product leadership to develop and deliver proposals for revamping the Add-ons organization structure and operation to maximize user safety and reduce internal expenditure.
- Focused team on user-facing improvements to Firefox: re-factored the about:addons UI, replacing proprietary XBL/XUL with HTML; completed API implementations, bringing web extensions to parity with Chrome; introduced a feature enabling the browser’s first run to allow a user to complete the installation of an extension that began on AMO in a non-Firefox browser.
